Hi, I'm Sara Silliman

Headshot 2025_edited.jpg

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over four years of experience supporting children, teens, young adults, and families. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and the stress that often comes with school, college, and the transition to adulthood. I also enjoy helping clients work through relationship concerns, including dating, friendships, and family communication. Much of my work focuses on helping clients build insight into themselves while also developing practical tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, and feel more confident in their day-to-day lives.

I believe that meaningful growth doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I bring a creative and playful approach to our work, while also making space for the real, complex parts of your story. My therapy style is strengths-based and collaborative. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can truly be themselves. I draw from a variety of evidenced-based approaches, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll turn insight into action, developing tools that support you beyond the therapy room.

Outside of the therapy room, I am a lover of concerts, exploring new cities, wandering museums, and trying new sushi and coffee spots! I also enjoy spending time with my cats and watching reality TV.
